Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Email Manager service provided by Excellent AI Automation Solutions ("we", "us", "our") at excellentworkflows.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AI Email Manager is a subscription-based service that connects to your email account (Gmail or Outlook) and uses artificial intelligence to analyze your emails, generate summaries, identify urgent messages, and draft responses. The service is provided "as is" and relies on third-party AI models for analysis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The service is offered as a monthly subscription at $29/month or annual subscription at $290/year.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Email Access and Authorization

By connecting your email account, you grant us permission to access your email messages for the purpose of providing the service. We access only the previous day's emails for analysis. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your email account in Settings or revoking access through your email provider's security settings.

6. Usage Limits

To ensure fair use and manage costs, the following daily limits apply:

• 3 email fetches per day
• 5 dashboard generations per day
• 10 AI draft responses per day

These limits may be adjusted at our discretion. Abuse or excessive automated usage may result in account suspension.

7. AI-Generated Content

Email summaries, analyses, and draft responses are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending any emails. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to send.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spamming or bulk unsolicited emails.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable laws.
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (email providers, AI providers, hosting platforms).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.
