  • Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly.
  • Usage data: We track feature usage (e.g., number of dashboard generations) for rate limiting and service improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide AI-powered email analysis, summaries, and response drafts.
  • To authenticate your email account and maintain your session.
  • To process your subscription payments via Stripe.
  • To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
  • To communicate service updates or respond to support requests.

4. Email Data Processing

Your email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Anthropic processes this data according to their API terms and does not use API inputs to train their models. Email content is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers. We do not sell, share, or use your email content for advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted token storage (Fernet/AES), HTTPS for all communications, secure password hashing (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Email analysis and draft generation.
  • Google (Gmail API): Email access for Gmail users.
  • Microsoft (Outlook/Graph API): Email access for Outlook users.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Email content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect your email account or delete your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
